Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken leg-thigh piece-2
  2. Honey-1/3 cup
  3. Soya sauce-4 teaspoon
  4. Apple cider vinegar-2 teaspoon
  5. Red chilli sauce-1 tablespoon
  6. Beer-200 ml
  7. Onion Sliced-1 large size
  8. Garlic chopped finely-7-8 cloves
  9. Mustard powder-1 tablespoon
  10. Oil-2.5 tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper powder to taste
  13. For garnishing, finely chopped spring onion-1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take washed chicken leg-thigh pieces and give them cut marks so that all the taste of masala will penetrate into the chicken very well.
  2. Now marinates chicken pieces with salt and pepper powder.
  3. Take oil in a pan.Allow it to heat.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces in medium heat both side until it become little golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken pieces into a plate.
  6. Add garlic chopped in leftover oil.Allow it to fry until it become golden brown.
  7. Add onion sliced.Saute it in medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until it become translucent.
  8. Add mustard powder in it.Saute it for a minutes.
  9. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and vinegar.
  10. Add Honey and beer one by one.
  11. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
  12. Stir everything well and bring it to boil.
  13. Add fried chicken pieces.Cover it for 10 minutes. Within that time, turn the chicken pieces once.
  14. When chicken is boiled and sauce become thicker, then turn of the heat.
  15. Serve it in a plate.Garnish with chopped spring onion.
