Its very easy to make in less period of time n healthy with wheat flour.... My kids love this cake and i made this every fortnight for them:blush::blush:

Ingredients Serving: 5

Wheat flour 1 cup
Sugar powder 1 cup
Eggs 3
Oil 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Coco powder 1/4cup

Instructions

First sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda n coco powder 2 times..
Beat the eggs fluffyly n add sugar to this mix..
Now add oil to egg mixture n mix well.
Now add wheat flour mixture little by little n fold with spatula...
Check the consistency n here u can add 1 or 2 tsp milk...
Grease the cake tin with oil n place a butter paper..
Now pour the mixture to the greased tin n tap it twice....
Now put this tin in heated cooker without gasket n whistle for 30-40 min on medium to now flame...
Plz check it after 30min with a knife if it comes cleanly then the cake is ready.....
