Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cup milk for rabri
  2. 2. tbsp honey
  3. cardmon powder
  4. 2 tbsp Chop nuts
  5. 1 tsp rose water
  6. 1 cup vermicelli
  7. 1 tbsp subja seeds
  8. Chopped fruits as per desire
  9. 1 tbsp rose syrup
  10. Crushed Ice
  11. 2 scoop vanila icecream
  12. Nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan for rabri
  2. Put it on low flame and stir continiously
  3. Heat water in other pan
  4. Boil vermicelli
  5. Soak subha seeds
  6. Chop nuts
  7. When milk get thick add honey, Caedmon and half nuts
  8. Rabri is ready let it cool
  9. Add rose water when it cools
  10. Take a tall glass and add chopped fruits
  11. Then add crushed ice
  12. Layer with vermicelli
  13. Then add some rabri
  14. Now add subha
  15. And again add some ice
  16. Then layer with rabri
  17. And top with scoop of vanila
  18. Now add some rose syrup on ice cream and garnish with nuts
  19. Serve cool
