Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 3/4 cup (+ 1 to 2 tbsp jut on case if needed)
  2. Amul butter 100 gm
  3. Sugar 1/ 4 cup
  4. Lemon zest of 2
  5. Lemon juice of 1
  6. Honey 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Filling
  8. Pista 100 grms
  9. Honey 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till creamy and fluffy
  2. Add honey and beat well
  3. Add lemon zest and lemon juice and beat well
  4. Add flour and make a dough.If the dough is very soft add 1 tsp flour
  5. Keep the dough in the fridge for 30 min
  6. Meanwhile grind the pista and honey.It shouldbe coarse
  7. Keep the stuffing ready
  8. Remove the dough and take a small piece and put the filling and seal the cookies
  9. Arrange them on the baking tray
  10. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 min.
  11. They will be soft.Let them cool
  12. Cool on the rack.be very careful
