Eggless Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Cake

  • maida 2 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • butter ( homemade) 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

How to make Eggless Cake

  1. Preheat oven @ 180 degree.
  2. In a bowl add maida, baking soda, baking powder and sieve 3 times.
  3. Grind the sugar. Mix butter and sugar nicely for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then add maida mix in above mix. Mix it well for 5 min
  5. Spray some cooking oil in baking pan. Pour batter in it.
  6. Keep in oven for 45 min at 180 degree.

My Tip:

If you want to bake in pressure cooker then remove the whistle and pour some sand and bake for 50 min.
