  • tea bag
  • salt
  • cinnamon STICK
  • bay leaf
  • Black cardamom
  • cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Carrom seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • Corriander seeds
  • fennel seeds
  • aamchur powder
  • Lal mirch
  • Kasuri methi
  • oil
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • onion sliced
  • tomato crushed
  • haldi
  • red chilli powder
  • coriander Powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • curd 1tbsp
  • coriander leaves
  • lemon

How to make Punjabi Chole

  1. PRESSURE 2OO GMS COOK PRE- SOAKED KABULI CHANA FOR 20 MINS, ADDING 1 TSP SALT & A TEA BAG
  2. PUNJABI CHOLE MASALA : DRY ROAST AND POWDER
  3. PUNJABI CHOLE MASALA INGREDIENTS : 2 BAY LEAVES 1 STICK CINNAMON 1 BLACK CARDAMOM 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER 3 CLOVES 1/4 TSP CAROM SEEDS 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS 1 TBSP CORIANDER SEEDS 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS 2 KASHMIRI RED CHILLIES 1.5 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  4. ADD 1 CINNAMON STICK & 2 BAY LEAVES TO SOME HOT OIL
  5. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE & FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ADD 1 CUP ONIONS
  7. FRY TILL BROWN & ADD 2 TOMATOES
  8. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, TURMERIC, CUMIN, CORIANDER & SALT
  9. ADD THE GROUND PUNJABI CHOLE MASALA
  10. FRY TILL THE OIL SEPARATES & ADD 1 TSP KASURI METHI
  11. ADD BOILED CHANA WITH STOCK
  12. ADD 1 TSP WHISKED CURD
  13. COVER & SIMMER FOR 10-12 MINS
  14. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER, SERVE HOT
