A unique n refreshing flavour of modak to treat bappa:pray:

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dessicated coconut 1 cup
  2. Milkmaid or mithai mate (as much to knead to a smooth dough)
  3. Paan masala a pinch
  4. Colourful saunf 1 tsp
  5. Tutti fruity
  6. 4-5 paan leaves finely chopped
  7. Green food colour few drops(optional)
  8. Gulkand 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the things except gulkand and knead a soft dough.
  2. Take a small ball size of dough and roll it in your palms and flatten it..stuff little gulkand and roll it n shape into a Modak mould
