ABOUT ChilliTaccos Shell RECIPE

These taccos are an healthy version to have it as snack or breakfast or brunch. Its so healthy because of rajma, tomatoes, wheat flour, spices. Even kids like to have it.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ingredients for Taccos Shell.... 1 bowl makai ka aata
  2. 1/4 bowl besan
  3. 1/4 bowl wheat flour
  4. 1 to 2 tbsp or as required oil for moyan
  5. 2 cups of water or as required to make dough
  6. 2 bowl or as required oil for deep fry
  7. Ingredients for fillings.... 1 bowl soaked rajma
  8. 4 tomatoes pure
  9. 2 green onion springs also leaves will be used chopped
  10. 2 green chillies chopped
  11. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  12. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  13. 3/4 to 1 tbsp or to taste salt
  14. 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  15. 1 tbsp pudina leaves
  16. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  2. Mix all three flours and add oil and water to make dough
  3. Keep the dough covered for sometime
  4. Now make round like puris from dough
  5. Oil garam kare kadai me
  6. Now deep fry the puris and while frying shape it as shell with rolling pin or direct as you prefer
  7. Taccos shells are ready!
  8. Process for making Rajma with Pure.... Cooker me oil garam kare usme tomato pure add kare
  9. Now add soaked rajma
  10. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
  11. Ab mix karke lid close kare or 10 whistle lagaye ya agar zyada soak kiya ho Rajma to kam whistle lagaye to jaldi pak jayega so as required
  12. Rajma with pure is ready!!
  13. Process for making taccos filling... Ab ye rajma with pure 1 bowl me le le
  14. Add grated cheese
  15. Add salt as to taste as rajma already contains salt
  16. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, bkack pepper powder
  17. Add chopped spring onions, green chillies and pudina leaves
  18. Mix it well and just taste it its so awesome
  19. Process for assembling.... Take a taccoes shell
  20. Fill in shredded cabbage
  21. Fill in the mixture we prepared
  22. Top with grated cheese and pudina leaves
  23. Just have it immediately to taste its again an amazing taste again you will definitely love it....
  24. For plating.... Take 3 taccos ready with filling and topping plate it adjust it in a plate nicely in a maxican platter
  25. Spread a line of red chilli sauce and touched to it a line of green chilli sauce
  26. On other corner make a heap of spring onions and on it keep a tomato rose
  27. On opposite sides keep 1 and 1 tomato rose on both sides
  28. Its ready just superb!!
