This dish is incredible and really easy to make with minimal preparation. It's not only delicious and healthy, kids and adults are going to love it equally. To prepare this dish we need only few ingredients so let's begin to prepare this yummy dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup shell pasta
  2. 1 cup broccoli florets, with 1 inch stem
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1.5 tbsp butter
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Black pepper powder according to taste
  7. 1.5 tsp natural white vinegar
  8. 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  1. Heat 3.5 cups of water in a big sauce pan and boil the pasta shells and broccoli together for about 8 to 10 minutes or until both are tender. Note to stir occasionally in between. Then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over low heat, heat oil and butter together until they melt. Then add the oregano, salt, black pepper powder.
  3. After 30 seconds add in the boiled pasta shells and broccoli. Toss it with the vinegar and oregano mixture.
  4. Sprinkle some herbs and serve it hot to enjoy!
