  • red chilli powder-1/4tsp
  • coriander powder-1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Garam masala -1/8tsp
  • ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
  • onion-1 chopped
  • dry mango powder-1/4tsp
  • oil-1tblsp
  • salt to taste

  1. wash peas shells properly. do not peel it. we use very tender shells.
  2. heat oil in a pan add onion and fry till transulate
  3. add ginger garlic paste fry for more 2-3minutes.
  4. Add all dry masalas. add peas shells.
  5. Add water and cover it .
  6. stire in between when water dried And peas become soft
  7. eat chapati chat with cup of tea
