it is very unique and spicy pranatha that goes very well with curd and butter.when ever you don't have anything to stuff then this recipe can be made.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. papad as required usally 1 parantha take 1/2 papad
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. normal routine aata dough
  4. salt very little
  5. Black pepper
  6. 2tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. I USED VERY SPICY PAPAD SO THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD ANY TYPE OF CHILLY
  2. first roast the papad and crushed in small pieces with hands
  3. now add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper ,mix gently
  4. now take a ball from dough n fill 2 tsp of papad mixture and make peda. Now roll it with rolling pin very softly
  5. now cook and roast the pranatha on tawa both sides with little oil.
  6. enjoy your parandh with makhan or curd... happy cooking
