Pumpkin cheese Pasta

Ingredients to make Pumpkin cheese Pasta

  • pasta 2 cups
  • pumpkin 1 cup
  • mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • Milk 1 cup
  • arrowroot powder 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Italian seasoning 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • pepper 2 tbsp
  • nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil 3 tbsp

How to make Pumpkin cheese Pasta

  1. Boil water in a pan with olive oil and sea salt, and once it boils add the pasta.
  2. Drain the pasta once it is cooked to touch consistency.
  3. In a pan heat olive oil 1 tbsp and fry garlics, broccoli and mushrooms. keep them seperately
  4. Now heat milk and Italian seasoning in a pan. when it boils in simmer add cheese.
  5. Now add the pumpkin to this mixture.
  6. Once the pumpkin is cooked add the nutmeg powder and then Now mix the arrowroot powder with 1 tbsp water and dissolve it and add to the milk mixture.
  7. Add salt and pepper to this.
  8. Then add the vegetables and left out cheese to this mixture.
  9. Now add the pasta and serve with toasted garlic bread.

My Tip:

You can use any vegetables like Capsicum, baby corn, tomatoes, onions, olives, zucchini or meat like chicken.
