ABOUT Smoked capsicum and chilli maggi noodles RECIPE

With the look u might think it looks lik an ordinary maggi.. Bt no.. At frst it will taste lik maggi with a twist of the sauce and with garlic twist bt towards the end u will hav a desi sharp chilli flavour . Capsicum and chilli is smoked not cz it will gve u a literal smokey effect bt it will blanch out the complete chilli flavour and will induce a sharp chilli flavour at the end. Easy to make and def a yummy treat. Try n comment :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi noodles 2 cakes
  2. water as req
  3. butter or oil 1 tsp
  4. garlic 4 to 5
  5. chilli 2(adjust acc to taste)
  6. capsicum cut vertically as per the taste
  7. chilli sauce 1/4 tsp(adjust to the taste)
  8. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp(or little less than tht)
  9. vinegar 1/2 tsp
  10. tomato sauce 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Be carefull while smoking it. I used a holder to smoke the veggies
  2. Burn or smoke the capsicum and the chill. Now slit the chillis. Donot over smoke it. It just has to be smoked.
  3. Try to scrape the burnt surface as mch as you can cz the burnt surface has bitter taste. Its ok to hav tiny part of it.
  4. Now take a kadai. Heat it and saute the slitted chilli untill itz dry r is not soggy. Saute the cut capsicum in the same way. It gves a kind off stiff feeling to chilli n the capsicum. This step is optional.
  5. Now heat the kadai. Add some butter to it. Add the garlic and fry jzt it is golden brown
  6. Now add in the capsicum and chilli. Saute well
  7. Add all the sauces and just mix well for a min. The mixture shldnt hav a burnt Flavor as over sautéing the sauce lead to bitterness.
  8. Add in the noodle cake and gve a toss. Add the water and taste maker. Cook for around 2 to 5 min. Mine took approximately 3 min.
  9. And this is how it looks :yum::yum::yum:. Tip: make sure u dnt add more of chilli and chilli sauce as it might make yr dish vry spicy.
