Its a simple kind of dish,specially for kids who dont takes sabzi as this item contains taste of paratha and sabzi together,kids and elder also like this to in one delicious cauliflower parathas

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For dough
  2. 2 cups wheat flour
  3. 2 tbs oil
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For stuffing
  6. 250 gm greted cauliflower
  7. 2medium boiled greted potato
  8. 1/2 tsp musterd seeds
  9. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. 1 tsp ginger-chilly paste
  11. 1/2 tbs chopped green coriander
  12. 1 Lemon
  13. 1tsp kichen king garam masala
  14. 2tsp suger
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Other ingrediants-
  17. Wheat flour for rolling
  18. Ghee -to roast parathas


  1. For the dough
  2. Take the wheat flour,oil and salt in a bowl and mix well Add enoug water & knead into a semi-stiff dough
  3. For the stuffing- 1. Heat the oil in pan & add the musturd seeds & sesame seeds 2.when the seeds crackle,add the all spices ingrdiant & saute on law flame for few seconds
  4. 3 .add the grated cauliflower & greted potatoes 4.mix well & cook on medium flame for 5 minutes while stirring continuously
  5. 5. divide the stuffing g into thtione 6 equal portions & keep aside.
  6. How to process- 1.Divide the dough into 6 equal portion &roll a portion of the dough into a circle 2. place a little stuffing in the centre of the circle
  7. 3. Bring together all sides in the centre & seal tightly 4. Roll again into a circle with a little flour
  8. 5.heat a tava& cook the paratha using a little ghee until golden brown spots appear on both sides 6. Repeat with the remaining dough & stuffing to make 5 more paraths
  9. 7. Serve immediately with fresh curd,tometo ketchup, green chutney...
