ABOUT pumpkin fritters/ pakoras RECIPE

these are like any other pakora or Indian fritters but made with healthy pumpkins.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. pumkin raw about 200 gram
  2. gram flour or besan one cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. red chilli powder one fourth teaspoon
  5. Turmeric pinch
  6. water half cup or little less
  7. oil to fry one cup

Instructions

  1. wash pumpkin and slice it into thin strips
  2. with help of a round mould cut the pumpkin in roundels
  3. make batter using water salt chilli powder turmeric
  4. batter should not be too thick or thin
  5. heat oil in a wok
  6. dip pumpkin slices in the batter n deep fry
  7. first on high flame then on medium
  8. till crisp
  9. serve hot
