Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Oats (roasted & powder)
  2. 2 tbsp besan
  3. 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 5-6 Curry leaves finely chopped
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp roasted jeera
  8. Red chilli flakes to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder (coarse)
  11. 3/4 cup yogurt
  12. water as required
  13. oil for preparing


  1. In a bowl add the listed ingredients except for the water. Then pour in water and make the batter of a runny consistency. Check the seasoning as well.
  2. Heat the griddle on a medium heat. Pour in a full ladle and spread it in circles. Then add in oil and cook on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney or any chutney that you prefer.
