Very healthy and creamy recipe without onion and garlic.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets 2 cups
  2. sesame seed paste 1tsp
  3. Posto poppy seed paste 1tsp
  4. Ginger grated 1tsp
  5. Tomatoe 1 cup
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Mustard oil 1tsp
  8. Oil for fryong1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Turmeric
  11. Cream 1tsp


  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.
  2. Prepare the smooth paste of til and poppy and ginger for the gravy
  3. Grind it and keep it aside
  4. Now shallow fry the florets in mustard oil with lil salt
  5. Now once semi cooked add the til n poppy paste to the gravy. Keep cooking till the gravy is done
  6. Once the gravy is ready add tomatoes and cream and cover the lid. For garnish drizzle mustard oil and coriander leaves Yummy creamy cauliflower is ready to serve with roti or rice
