ABOUT Bitter gourd pickle RECIPE

A delicious and tasty pickle made with bitter gourds.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 kg bitter gourd
  2. 125 gm raw mango
  3. 4 tbsp fennel
  4. 4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  5. 2 tsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 tbsp vinegar
  9. 50gm oil

Instructions

  1. Wash bitter gourd .
  2. Cut into round pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the salt and turmeric.
  4. Leave for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour wash it and dry under the fan.
  6. Now make a puree of raw mango.
  7. Now add all ingredients.
  8. Keep it in a sun rays for 2 days.
  9. Now our bitter gourd pickle is ready to eat.
