This is something new where in I tried to turn a bitter thing into a delicious and sweet pickle, Try this recipe and you would simply love it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bitter gourd - 1 cup
  2. 1//2- cup cashew nuts
  3. 1/2-cup jaggery
  4. sweet pickle masala1-cup
  5. 1-cup oil


  1. Cut the bitter gourds into roundels, add salt, mix and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now wash it and them them get dried =, for atleast 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, you can fry first cashews nuts, and then the bitter gourds slices.
  4. Now add the sweet pickle masala to both, give it a mix.
  5. Add jaggery ,mix well
  6. Add oil mix well ,till jaggery melts.
  7. pickle ready to be served.
