ABOUT Hyderabad Karachi Biscuit RECIPE

A biscuit which is not crunchy but chewy and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. flour 100 gms
  2. Icing sugar 55 gms
  3. Butter 60 gms
  4. Milk powder 10 gms
  5. Rose essence 1 tsp
  6. Tutty Fruity 40 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Cream fat till soft and smooth.
  3. Add Rose essence to the creamed fat.
  4. Add icing sugar and mix.
  5. Add flour and chopped tutty fruity and knead to get a smooth dough.
  6. Roll the sheet to even thickness and cut even square shapes and arrange on the baking tray.
  7. Bake at 160 degree Centigrade for 20 minutes.
