ABOUT Dhaniya poha donuts RECIPE

A delicious vegetarian donut made with flattened rice and coriander leaves. A great teatime snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Potato
  2. 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
  3. Dhaniya 2 tbsp for paste
  4. Green chilli 2-3 for paste
  5. Poha 1/2cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tsp
  8. Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
  9. Bhuna Jeera 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil for fry.

Instructions

  1. Boil peel the potatoes. Mash and add all the ingredients into them.
  2. Shape the mashed potato mixture a donut-shape.
  3. Now heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai, and fry the donuts, one by one on a medium to low flame.
  4. Serve hot with some tomato sauce on the side.
