Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 boiled alloo [potatoes]
  2. 1 cup boil hare matar [green peas]
  3. 2 chopped onion
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 hari mirch [green chilly]
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  9. 2 tsp oil
  10. Hara dhania [coriander leaves] for garnishing
  11. 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1/4 th tsp garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, let them crackle.
  2. Then add chopped onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add powdered masalas.
  4. Npw add boiled potatoes diced into cubes and the green peas.
  5. Mix well.cover it 5 minutes at sim
  6. open and stir
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
