ABOUT Stuffed Capsicum My Style RECIPE

Spicy Tasty blend of indian spices,Green peas and potato with videshi cheese. Tastes awesome with soft phulka and steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small capsicums 4 to 6
  2. grated onion 2 tablespoons
  3. Boiled grated Potatoes 1 to 2
  4. Boiled green peas 1 tablespoon
  5. Roasted besan / chana dal flour 2 to 3 teaspoons
  6. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Grated Ginger 2 teaspoon
  12. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  13. Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Gtated boiled potato, grated onion, boiled green peas and 1 teaspoon sugar
  2. Add, 2 to 3 teaspoons of dry roasted besan, Turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander Powder ,garam masala, chopped coriander, grated Ginger and salt to taste
  3. Mix well all ingredients to prepare Stuffing
  4. Take capsicums and scoop out seeds and remove stem
  5. Properly stuff the ready stuffing into scooped capsicums by pressing gently
  6. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and crackle some sesame seeds
  7. Carefully place all stuffed capsicums in to it and cook covered for 5 minutes
  8. Remove lid and turn in between and cook uncovered for some time
  9. Top it with grated cheese . It will melt itself in some time .
  10. Stuffed Cheesy capsicums are ready to serve . Garnish with some chopped coriander .
