Ingredients to make POHA IN MY STYLE

  • 1 CUP flatten rice
  • 1/2 cup matter
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • haldi pwdr, red chilli pwdr, salt as pr taste
  • coriander leaves
  • For chat
  • 3 boiled aalu
  • chopped (onion, tomato, green chilles,)
  • 3 tbsp anar ke dane
  • 1tsp pwdr sugar
  • salt, chat msala, red chilli pwdr, bhuna
  • jeera pwdr, pinch grm msala, according to the taste
  • my speacial ingredient 1 cup bhujia

How to make POHA IN MY STYLE

  1. in kadai heat 2 tsp oil n saute jeera, boiled matter after 2 min add all seasoning n add washed n soaked rice. cover with lid for 2 min n mix some dhania patta
  2. for chat.... in a bowl mix all ingredients of of chat n keep aside
  3. when it serve... in a plate first take some poha then chat n thn my favorite ingredient bhujia
  4. drizzle more lemmon juice if u want... so happy cooking at all

My Tip:

you can add more vegetable if u want
