Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha - 1 cup
  2. Whole moong dal - 1/2 cup
  3. Peanuts -2tbsp
  4. Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak whole moong dal for 3 - 4 hours and mix baking powder.
  2. Strain it and keep in the kitchen towel for half an hour.
  3. Take microwave safe bowl place whole moong lentil and rub with one tsp oil and mix well.
  4. Microwave for five mins,
  5. Stir in between after one mins.
  6. Wash peanuts and keep half an hour.
  7. Take microwave safe bowl and place the peanuts and rub with one tsp oil and mix well
  8. Microwave it for 2 - 3 mins.
  9. Stir in between after one mins.
  10. Take microwave safe bowl place the poha and rub with one tsp oil,sprinkle turmeric powder and mix well
  11. Microwave for 3 - 4 mins.
  12. Stir in between after one mins.
  13. Take a large bowl mix poha,whole moong dal and peanuts altogether.
  14. Now add red chilly powder,salt,black salt and sugar and mix well.
  15. Ready to eat with. hot tea.
