About Poha in Bihari style Recipe

Poha is very healthy and yummy dish from land of Bihar. EASY TO COOK AND EASY TO DIGEST.

Ingredients to make Poha in Bihari style

  • Poha 2 bowl medium size
  • peanuts 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped tomoto 1 cup
  • Green chilli 1 tps
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tps
  • mustard seeds pinch off
  • Whole red chilli 2 pieces
  • salt to taste

How to make Poha in Bihari style

  1. Chopped all the vegetables as per below image.
  2. Fry peanuts for few minutes then remove from flame.
  3. Now put little oil, whole red chilli, mustard seeds in kadhai or pan.
  4. Now add all chopped vegetables and salt then fry it till 2 to 3 minutes after that wash & add Poha or chidwa in this mixture.
  5. Took kadhai or pan from flame and serve hot.

My Tip:

Add some curry leaves in Poha for more taste enhancement.
