Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 2 cups
  2. Carom seeds (Ajawin) 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Green Peas (Matar) 2 cups
  4. 2 boiled potatoes chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tomato finely chopped
  7. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chiily powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Chaat masala 2 teaspoon
  10. Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons
  11. 1 Green chiily finely chopped
  12. Green chutney 1 tablespoon
  13. Aloo bhujiya 1/2 cup
  14. Curd 1/2 cup
  15. Tamarind chutney (Imli Chutney) 2 tablespoons
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, 3 tablespoons oil, carom seed and salt in a broad bowl and with the help of water knead into a tight hard dough.
  2. Divide the dough into a equal portions. Take one portion of the dough and roll it like a chapatti. 
  3. Now take muffin cup or small katori and mould it into a cup using muffin cup or katori.
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry the katori along with a muffin cup. When the katori will turn into a light golden in color, it will automatically leave the cup.
  5. Now heat the 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and fry the green peas on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
  6. In a bowl add fried peas, onion, tomato, potatoes, coriander leaves and green and mix it well
  7. Now add chaat masala, salt, cumin powder, red chiily powder, green chutney and aloo bhujiya and mix well.
  8. Now  put 3 teaspoon stuffing in the katori and top with some yogurt, tamarind chutney, aloo bhujiya, peanuts and serve.
