- 6 eggs, boiled and cut in halves
- 1 large sized onion, chopped

- 2 green chillies, slit
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp kasoori methi
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 ml water
- salt to taste
- Few coriander leaves to garnish, optional
