Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Peas 2 cup grounded form
  2. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  3. Mawa 3 tsp
  4. Peda 2 piecez
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Milk maid 4 tsp
  7. Elaici powder 2tsp
  8. Cottage cheese 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First curdle the milk and prepare cottage cheese. Keep it aside
  2. Grind the peas into paste form. Keep it.
  3. Now in a pan add ghee start adding the ingredients, first mawa then milk. Keep stirring. Then add two pedas to get a thick consistency. Now add the 2 cup grinded peas. Keep stiring to avoid lumps. Now add the cottage cheese to the mixture of kalkand.
  4. Keep stirring thoroughly
  5. Now add the bread crumbs to the mixture to get a thick texture. Keep stiuring till get dry to form kalakhands. Add Cholocate sauce to the mixture for chocolaty layering
  6. Now on a greased plate with ghee layer the mixture n refrigerate.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts. A must worthy trying recipe. So tasty . Happy cooking
