Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rava / semolina- 1- Cup
  2. Curd- 175- grms
  3. Cheese- 100- grms
  4. Onion- 1- diced
  5. Capsicum- 1- sliced
  6. Carrot- 1- Sliced
  7. Garlic- 5- pods
  8. Pizza seasoning herb- 1- tsp
  9. Olives- 10- sliced
  10. Tomato ketchup- 10- tbsp
  11. Black pepper powder- 1- tbsp
  12. Baking soda- 1- 2 pinch
  13. Cooking oil- 2- tbsp
  14. Salt- 1- for taste
  15. Tomato- 1- sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add rava, curd, little salt and mix well. Gradually add water and mix nicely and make semi-thick batter. Cover the lid and rest it for about 15-20 min.
  2. After 15 min water will be absorbed by rava. Add baking soda and required amount of water to make a semi-thick running batter.
  3. Grease little oil to pan and heat it up. Pour little batter ( like dosa) spread it in form of thick disc. Cook for 2 min in a low flame.
  4. Flip it to other side. Add ketchup and spread all over, spread thick layer of cheese, add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, olives, garlic, pizza seasoning herb, pepper powder, salt to taste & little more cheese on top. Cover the lid and let it cook till cheese melts.
  5. Once cheese melts rava pizza is ready to serve.
