Indian twist to the western pizza.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina - 1 bowl
  2. Curd - 1/2 bowl
  3. Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Onion- 1chopped
  6. Tomato- 1chopped
  7. Potato - 1 boiled, peeled, chopped
  8. Oil - 2 teaspoon
  9. Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon
  10. Pizza sauce - 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add semolina, curd and mix well. Now rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes add salt, soda and add water if required.
  3. Heat nonstick tawa and put some oil on it. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter on tawa and toast it from both sides till light brown. When its done take out in a plate. Spread tomato sauce and pizza sauce over to the pizza. Spread chopped tomatoes, potatoes and onions over it.
  4. Sprinkle some salt and garnish with your favourite sev bhujiya. Serve hot.
