Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Peas-2 cup
  2. Onion-3 chopped
  3. tomato -2 chopped
  4. cumin seeds -1/2teaspoon
  5. Asafoetida-1/4 teaspoon
  6. Green chilly-2 chopped
  7. Oil-2 tablespoon
  8. coriander powder-1 teaspoon
  9. Red chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
  10. Turmaric powder-1/4teaspoon
  11. salt to taste
  12. Garam masala-1/4teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add cumin seeds and splutter them,
  3. Now add asafoetida,
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
  5. Now add peas and saute them till onion turns brown in colour.(6-7 minutes )
  6. Now add all dry masala and salt.
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes ,green chilly and mix well.
  8. Now add 1 tablesspoon of water and cover with lid and cook it on slow flame till peas soften.
