Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup couscous soaked for 15 mins
  2. Peas 1 cup
  3. Capsicum 1 cup
  4. Italian spices 1 tsp
  5. oil
  6. Salt
  7. Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Soak the couscous for 30 min
  2. Cut the veggies and keep it aside
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and stir fry the veggies
  4. Add the soaked couscous and keep stirring continously
  5. Now add 2tsp of Italian sprig spices and mix thoroughly.
  6. Once cooked switch off and rest. It unique taste and flavour. Garnish with spring onions
