Ingredients to make Couscous salad

  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 1/2 cup chop tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chop cucumber
  • 1 tbspp spring onion
  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chop walnuts
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley

How to make Couscous salad

  1. Take couscous in a bowl
  2. Heat 1 cup water add pinch of salt in it.
  3. When water boil add couscous
  4. Till then chop vegetables
  5. Add them in bowl
  6. Mix them
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. When couscous boil sieve it
  9. Let it cool
  10. Add lemon juice in bowl
  11. Add couscous and mix light handed
  12. Then add cranberries and chopped walnuts
  13. Lastly add some extra virgin olive oil
  14. Cool it in freeze
  15. Serve and enjoy
