ABOUT CAPSICUM PANEER BHURJI RECIPE

This is an easy recipe to make with a twist of adding paneer in the place of eggs. This can be eaten with rice or can be stuffed with any paratha's or any savory snacks like south Indian bhajji bonda etc..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum 2
  2. Paneer shredded 50gms
  3. Ginger small piece grated
  4. Onion 1 cut into small pieces
  5. Garlic 3 cloves grated
  6. Sambhar powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Curry powder 2pinch
  8. Garam masala powder 2pinch
  9. Oil 1tbs
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut capsicum into small pieces and shred paneer and keep it aside
  2. Grate ginger and garlic too.
  3. Cut onions into small pieces and keep it aside
  4. Now add oil in wok and add onion ginger and garlic to it.
  5. Saute well. Add capsicum to it.
  6. Now add all the powders to it..
  7. Saute well till capsicum becomes soft. Add shredded panner to it and mix gently
  8. Add salt to taste. Add coriander leaves for garnishing..
  9. Capsicum paneer bhurji is ready.. It can be consumed with any flavored rice or can be stuffed with any paratha's...
