Paneer Capsicum

Ingredients to make Paneer Capsicum

  • Grated paneer 200 gms
  • Green capsicum 3
  • onions 3 medium
  • tomatoes 3 medium
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as required
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Paneer Capsicum

  1. Wash peel and chop capsicum, onions and tomatoes.
  2. Take a wok, add oil.
  3. When it heats up, add onions and saute.
  4. Add tomatoes and capsicum with desired salt and let it cook.
  5. When tomatoes melt well, add all dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Add grated Paneer and mix well.
  7. Paneer capsicum is ready.
  8. Serve with chapati.

My Tip:

I used chopped tomatoes onions and capsicum, you can chop them together in chopper too.
