Ingredients to make Scehzwan paneer capsicum frankie

  • paneer 250 gm ( grated)
  • capsicum 2 chopped finely
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 teaspoon chopped
  • garlic 1 teaspoon chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Scehzjwan sauce 2 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • tomato sauce 3 tablespoon
  • Chapati 2
  • oil for chapati frying 2 tablespoon
  • Onion, tomato, paneer , capsicum chopped 4 tablespoon for garnishing

How to make Scehzwan paneer capsicum frankie

  1. Add oil in a pan and when it is hot add garlic ,ginger and onion, roast it on high flame.
  2. After 2 minutes add chopped tomato and capsicum. Stir constantly after 3 mintues. Add scehzwan chutney and mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add paneer. Switch off the flame.
  4. Take chapati and roast it on hot tawa from both sides and apply oil.
  5. Put it in a plate apply tomato sauce on base of chapati and pour mixture of paneer and topped with onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer.
  6. Roll it and cover with foil to prevent it from opening.
  7. Your scehzwan paneer capsicum frankie is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can add more vegetables of your choice.
