Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 250 gm ( grated)
  2. Capsicum 2 chopped finely
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Ginger 1 teaspoon chopped
  5. Garlic 1 teaspoon chopped
  6. Tomato 1 chopped
  7. Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
  8. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Scehzjwan sauce 2 teaspoon
  10. Oil 1 teaspoon
  11. Tomato sauce 3 tablespoon
  12. Chapati 2
  13. Oil for chapati frying 2 tablespoon
  14. Onion, tomato, paneer , capsicum chopped 4 tablespoon for garnishing


  1. Add oil in a pan and when it is hot add garlic ,ginger and onion, roast it on high flame.
  2. After 2 minutes add chopped tomato and capsicum. Stir constantly after 3 mintues. Add scehzwan chutney and mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add paneer. Switch off the flame.
  4. Take chapati and roast it on hot tawa from both sides and apply oil.
  5. Put it in a plate apply tomato sauce on base of chapati and pour mixture of paneer and topped with onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer.
  6. Roll it and cover with foil to prevent it from opening.
  7. Your scehzwan paneer capsicum frankie is ready to serve.
