Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maize flour 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil 1 table spoon
  5. Water required for the dough
  6. For stuffing: paneer cubes 1 cup
  7. Capsicum cubed 1 cup
  8. Diced onions 1/4 cup
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  10. Tomato sauce 2 tea spoons
  11. Red & green chilly sauce each 2 tea spoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
  14. Red Chilly powder 1 tea spoon
  15. Garam masala 1 tea spoon
  16. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  17. Minced coriander leaves 2 table spoons
  18. Kasoori methi 1 tea spoon
  19. Oil 2 table spoons

Instructions

  1. Take maize flour,wheat flour,oil,salt and make a soft chapathi dough by adding water to it.Rest the dough for some time
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, capsicum, ginger garlic paste,turmeric and salt to it. sauté it.
  3. Once it is cooked add the tomato and chilly sauces and fry it for few minutes
  4. Now add chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder, kasoorimethi and mix it well
  5. Finally add minced coriander and turn off the stove. paneer stuffing is ready
  6. Now take the dough and roll it in to chapathi
  7. Make chapathis this by adding butter or oil to it
  8. Place the chapathi on a plate. Take spoonful of paneer stuffing and roll it in to a frankie
  9. Paneer Frankie is ready to serve
