This is really delicious snack dish. Addition of various vegetables gives nutients and vitamins and use of paneer gives this dish a good protien content into it. This is good for kids as it is not spicy. Use of cheese covers spiciness of chilly sauce and red chilly powder used in it. I learnt this recipie from youtube videos. The outer wraps or rotis are made from 75% whole wheat flour and 25% All purpose flour as it is specially made for kids. I have little twisted the original recipie to give a perfect dish for kidos!
