Ingredients to make Paneer capsicum cup

  • capsicum 1
  • paneer 1 bar
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • hing 1/4 tsp
  • Fennal powder 1/4 tsp
  • Tumeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/4 tsp
  • Basan 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

How to make Paneer capsicum cup

  1. Take curd in a bowl, add all powdered ingradiants and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Marinate atlest for 2 hours with sliced capsicum for cup and paneer cubes.
  3. Fry capsicum in oil. Same bowel add tsp of oil then add paneer cubes. fry for 5 min.
  4. Add basan fry and mix well
  5. Ready to serve

My Tip:

Use nonstick pan to fry.
