Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 500g florets
  2. Flour 200gm
  3. Corn flour 2tsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil for deep fry
  6. Spring onion 2tbsp( slice)
  7. Ginger 1inch
  8. Capsicum 1(cubs)
  9. Honey 2tbsp
  10. Cornflour 2tsp
  11. Water 1cup
  12. Lime juice/vinegar 1tbsp
  13. Soya sauce 1tbsp
  14. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash & clean cauliflower florets. Drain out the water thoroughly. Wipe each piece with a kitchen towel.
  2. Coat cauliflower florets lightly with flour, cornflour mixture. Which has been seasoned with salt.
  3. Fry half cauliflower florets in deep hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for approximately 5mint.
  5. Remove from oil & drain on an absorbent paper.
  6. In another pan, on heat 1tbsp oil. Add sliced onion and fry till light pink in colour.
  7. Add grated ginger to the pan. Saute gently for 1mint.
  8. Add capsicum cubs and fry 3-4mint.
  9. Add honey & stir for 1mint.
  10. Add combined cornflour, water, chilli sauce, lemon juice & soya sauce. Stir until the sauce boil & thickness.
  11. Add deep fried cauliflower pieces, toss in sauce for 3mint.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve it hot.
