Wash all the vegetables with hot water.
Chop the vegetables in square shapes.
Preheat the air fryer at 150 degree temperature for 2 minutes
Put all the vegetables in the air fryer and fry them for 5- 7 minutes.
Now increase the temperature to 200 degrees and fry them for 2 more minutes.
Add salt and black pepper and sprinkle the lemon water on top and serve.
SERVING: 2
