Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram bottel gourd
  2. 4 tablespoon dry whole wheat flour
  3. 1 tablespoon rice flour
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  6. 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for katali roasting

Instructions

  1. Peal and wash the bottle gourd
  2. Cut it in medium thick circle slices
  3. Take a bowl and mix all dry ingredients without water
  4. Cover the all slices with dry mixture
  5. Grease oil on a nonstick tawa and place the bottle gourd slices one by one on the tawa
  6. Ones it is cooked on one side flip to other side and cook it golden brown on slow medium flame
  7. Now the Bottle gourd karari katali is ready
  8. Serve hot with dal and rice.
