ABOUT Bean - Sesame Salad RECIPE

This Bean - Sesame salad is one of the wholesome dish, n addressing everything what we are expecting , isnt it interesting ?! Green / French bean is versatile vegetable that is both - low in fat and high in dietary fiber so perfect helper in weight maintenance. It's act as easy source of vitamins like, A, C, B, B6, K, E & folic acid. In terms of minrals, beans are good source of calcium, silicon, iron, omega -3 fatty acid ..... N long list. Sesame seeds mainly helps to maintain cholesterol, blood pressure n hormones. Garlic is completely heart healthy. Sesame oil is full of antioxidants n having antibacterial n anti-inflammatory property. So in nut shell its wholesome dish what is perfect for breakfast, best accomplishments as salad in lunch n tasty n healthy option to satisfy evening craving... The best part is , Bean-Sesame salad can be enjoyed both way - Hot or Cold n any time of the day

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  2. Fine chopped Garlic 1 teaspoon
  3. Roasted Peanuts 2 table spoon
  4. Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  5. Brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Soya/tamari sauce 1 tablespoon
  7. Green beans 250 grams
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Paper 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Bean - Sesame salad is absolutely easy n quick recipe, As a pre preparation take french/ green beans n remove it's thread n cut it in to two. Now put it into salted boiling water for 5 minutes then immediately transfer it into cold water so that cooking process get stopped.
  2. Roast peanuts & remove its skin n put it aside .
  3. Heat Sesame oil in heavy bottom pan/ non stick pan
  4. Add fine chopped Garlic n soute`
  5. Now add peanuts n soute` just for a while
  6. After that add sesame seeds till it's pop ups ,
  7. Then immediately add boiled green beans n mix well so that it get coverd with sesame seeds
  8. This is time to caramelized a little n to cut the nutty flavour, add Brown sugar into n mix it
  9. After that add tamari / soya sauce n mix it well.
  10. Time to add salt n paper to taste
  11. At last if you wanna spiced it up then add cayenne paper or red chilli flakes ...
  12. Ready to enjoy the health ...
