Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 4 potatoes
  2. 3 medium onion
  3. 2 capsicum
  4. 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
  5. 1 green chilly
  6. 5 tea spoon sprig Malacca powder
  7. 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 pinch hing
  9. 1 tea spoon salt
  10. 1 tea spoon urdu dal
  11. 5 tea spoon coriander leaves
  12. 1 Cup water
  13. 5 tea spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, hing and urdu, let it be splutter.
  2. Then add finely chopped green chilly and capsicum to it and saute well.
  3. Now add salt and turmeric powder to remain the green color as it is.
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute till they turn translucent.
  5. Now add masala powder.
  6. Now add boiled, pealed and mashed potatoes and water.
  7. Let it be boil till thickness.
  8. Add finely chopped Coriander leaves, mix well. Keep aside.
  9. I used ready buns. Cut the bun into half pieces.
  10. Heat on iron tava both the sides.
  11. Now stuff with masala palya.
  12. Cover with another half and press softly. Aloo capsicum bun masala is ready to serve in hot.
