Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. sago/tapioca pearls or sabudana half cup
  2. potato one big
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  5. Green chilli one
  6. few karipatta leaves
  7. oil three tablespoons to shallow fry
  8. water a cup to soak sago

Instructions

  1. soak sago for three hours in water
  2. boil potato in meantime
  3. after three hour drain water from sago if any
  4. peel n mash boiled potato
  5. add salt red chilli powder and green chilli chopped fine to sago
  6. add salt and mashed potato to sago mix well by hand
  7. tear karipattas n add to the mixture
  8. divide into four or six parts giving round flat shape
  9. heat a pan grease it with oil place the cutlets on it
  10. cook on medium heat adding oil to it
  11. flip and cook on the other side till golden in colour
  12. serve hot
