ABOUT Sabudana Laddo RECIPE

This laddoo is a perfect sweet for Fasting also you can make it on any occassion. Guests will be surprised with this crunchy laddoos

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Cups Sabudana
  2. 1.5 Cups dessicated Coconut
  3. 1 Cup powdered Sugar
  4. 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and heat it, add sabudana into it till they become little golden on low flame for 20 minutes
  2. A kind of aroma will come and by the time sabudana get roasted well
  3. Let them cool down and grind into a fine powder
  4. In a saucepan add coconut and roast it for about 2 minutes on medium flame
  5. Now mix sabudana powder with dessicated coconut and sugar
  6. In another pan heat ghee and roast cashews till golden
  7. Add sabudana mixture with roasted cashews
  8. Now add cardamom powder into it and stir it properly
  9. When the mixture is warm start making laddoos in desired size
