A delicious easy buttery cookie

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Butter 1 cup
  2. Egg 1
  3. Maida 2.5 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  6. Milk 1 /4 cup
  7. Pink colour few drops

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar
  2. Add egg and essence and beat well
  3. Add all the ingredients and check piping consistency
  4. Fill in a piping bag and make Rossett or any design
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °c
  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes Colour should not change on top
  7. Bottom should be golden slightly
