ABOUT Nachos Platter RECIPE

A platter of crunchy munchy nachos is the best to satisfy the small hunger pangs. It is basically a mexican starter. They are made of tortilla chips covered with cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup corn meal flour / makke ka atta
  2. 1/4 cup wholewheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. oil to fry
  5. For assemble. .
  6. 2 tbsp spread cheese
  7. 1 tbsp milk
  8. 1 finely chopped tomato
  9. 1 tsp Jalepeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Mix the two flours and knead to a dough like for rotis.
  2. Roll out thin rotis.
  3. Cook on both sides over high heat over a griddle and keep aside.
  4. Cut into desired sized pieces and deep fry till crisp and brown.
  5. To assemble :
  6. Mix the cheese, milk and heat on slow flame till cheese melts. Arrange the nachos on a plate and top it with cheese , and Jalepeno peppers. Add chopped tomatoes. You can grill it also.
  7. Enjoy crispy nachos.
