Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Full fat milk...2ltr
  2. Vinegar..3spn
  3. Sugar..2cup
  4. Water...5cup
  5. Almond & pista flakes
  6. Saffron


  1. Boil 1 & 1/2 ltr. milk properly. Then switch off the gas & make it cool for 5 mins.
  2. Add vinegar to make paneer. Use a muslin cloth or strainer to drain out the excess water. Dont make too much dry.
  3. After half n hr start kneading.Mix semolina & knead it till u get smooth dough.
  4. Now make small balls & flatten them.
  5. Boil sugar syrup. When it is boiling enough add paneer discs one after another gently.
  6. Boil it for 10 mins in medium flame with cover.
  7. After 10 minutes take off the discs & make it cool & squeeze them.
  8. Make rabri from 1/2 ltr milk. Add some saffron thread.
  9. Add the paneer discs & boil it in rabri for 4 to 5 minutes
  10. Make it cool & keep it in fridge. Serve chilled with almond & pista flakes.
